DiieMolod is a youth non-governmental organization based in Konotop, Ukraine. We create opportunities for young people to grow, bring their ideas to life, and actively participate in community life. Through educational activities, volunteering, youth projects, and community initiatives, we help young people discover their potential and turn ideas into action.

We believe that young people should not simply observe change — they should have the opportunity to create it. That is why we organize events, implement projects, support volunteer initiatives, and build an environment where young people can learn, connect, gain experience, and contribute to positive change.

What Is DiieMolod?

DiieMolod is a team of people united by a shared desire to develop the youth environment, create opportunities for self-realization, and turn ideas into meaningful action.

Our work combines youth engagement, education, volunteering, communications, and project development. We believe young people should have opportunities not only to participate in activities but also to propose their own ideas, contribute to decision-making, and see the results of their efforts.

You do not need previous experience in the non-governmental sector to join us. DiieMolod can be a place to gain your first practical experience, learn how to work in a team, discover new interests, and develop skills that will be useful in the future.

What Can You Do at DiieMolod?
