An educational session on recognizing media manipulation, thinking critically about information, and creating honest and responsible content.

During the fourth session of the Media School, we will explore manipulation in the information space and learn how to recognize it.

Participants will discover how manipulative messages work, which techniques are commonly used by media and social networks, how to distinguish facts from imposed opinions, and how to avoid being influenced by misleading information.

We will also look at the other side of media — creating our own content. Together, we will explore how to communicate honestly and responsibly without using manipulative techniques in our own materials.

The session will be practical, with real-life examples, discussions, and activities that will help participants navigate today’s information space more confidently.
